3239 Island Avenue is the address for a home once owned by John Dresch.  The home was designed and built by the Carl E. Mehring Company which prided itself on building a home with originality, quality and character.  Mr. Mehring employed his own staff of architects to execute a set of plans to meet his client's specifications.
