3317 Royton off Sherwood as it appeared in 1956.  This three-bedroom ranch featured a built-in Philco oven and range along with a Janitrol gas furnace that was adaptable to air conditioning.  The builders were the Panning Brothers of 3038 Medford.  They also offered a two other homes for sale at this time.  One was a brick bungalow at 3145 Rockberry and a three-bedroom Colonial at 2160 Sherwood.
