The now-demolished Percy Jones house at 3054 River Road was sold in 1956 to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church by widow Marion Cullen Jones and is currently the site of a playground.  The home was designed by architect Bernard Becker.  Mr. Jones was the son of Mayor "Golden Rule" Samuel Jones of Toledo.
