An architectural rendering of two residences with the names of David Gibbs and architect David Stine appeared in a 1883 magazine.  My only clue so far is that Stine lived at 501 Stickney acccording to the 1891 and 1900 Polk City directories, while 509 Stickney is Gibbs' address in 1891.
