Twin houses on Scottwood Avenue at Floyd were designed by the architectural firm of Wachter & Hudson.  After 1925, the 1896-built home on the left, 2061 Scottwood, once owned by lawyer Thomas Emery and later John Mockett disappeared from the city directory while 2065 (right)  remains today.  The latter was home to Edwin Jackson in 1896 and the William Milner family according to the 1900 Polk City Directory.  Mr. Milner's biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 54.  By 1921, 2065 was home to J. Harry Frambach, president of the S. G. Brigham Motor Company.
