Built in 1897. the mansion at 2110 Scottwood was home to William Harris of Harris & Harris and Lorenzo Corey who dealt in real estate according to the 1900  Polk City Directory.  Katherine Zanter was the domestic.  The 1910 directory listed Natahn Kuafmann of the Kaufmann Brothers Company who were dealers in wholesale liquors.  Sydney Vinnedge, the vice-president of the Lamson Brothers Company, was the occupant in 1918.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 303.  His wife was Marian (Lamson) Vinnedge.
