2120 Scottwood was constructed in 1892.  It was home to Arthur Bunce, a secretary with the Paddock-Hodge Company and by 1921, the president of the Toledo Savings Association.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 371.  His wife was Cora (McBride) Bunce who passed away April 10, 1914.
