The Rosamond, 2160 Scottwood, was constructed pre-1910.  It had six flats and one basement apartment for the caretaker.  Joseph Ogilvie lived in the basement unit in 1912.  The following tenants occupied the building in 1910: widow Marietta Ketcham, #1; Frederick Barker and Lorenzo Corey, #3; widow Anna (Beach) Maclaren, #4 and her domestic Lydia Baer; widow Fannie Cummings, #5; and Grace Potter with her domestic Elizabeth Fredericks, #6.
