The Scottwood Greenhouse, 2146 Scottwood Avenue, was constructed in 1894 at the southeast corner of Bancroft Street and Scottwood Avenue.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Davis & Magee, florist, at 2156 Scottwood.  The business closed in 1931 and the greenhouse was demolished.
