2105 Robinwood was built in 1900.  That same year, the Polk City Directory listed the residents as Johanna Murray, the widow of James Murray, and John Murray of the Murray Brothers as a boarder along with his brother Peter Murray and sister Jane.  John Horgan in 1907 and Frank Klauser, a physician who practiced medicine from an office in the home, lived here in 1910, while the 1918 city directory listed James Handley of the Willys-Overland Company.  The 1921 directory listed Howard Radcliff, president of the Howard R. T. Radcliffe Company.
