2117 Robinwood was constructed around 1904 with an alteration (#1651) in 1910, an alteration (#2050) made in 1914 and a garage and driveway alteration made in 1915.  Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman designed the garage in 1912.  The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Henry Streetman of the Alexander Black Cloak Company as the resident along with Mamie Willhauck as the live-in domestic.
