The May 1, 1909 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the sale of 2118 Robinwood Avenue for the consideration of $6,500 by the Chase Fox Realty Company.  It was described as a ten room house with Yaryan heating and soft water plumbing.  The lot measured  50 x 173.  An October 30, 1909 edition mentioned that the house alone cost $7,500.  As the owner had left the city, the home could be either purchased or rented.
