The Fox Realty Company posted a newspaper advertisement in April 4, 1911 edition of the Toledo News Bee stating " Make Us an Offer " on 2114 Robinwood Avenue.  The realtor describe it as a ten-room house with bath and gas for both heat and light.  The lot was 50 by 173.
