The 1918 city directory listed Norman Jamieson as living in House # A.  In 1921 Jessie Spahr became the occupant of House # 1.  Mary Spahr was a roomer there.  The other unit was home to V. P. Bateman in 1918, but House #2 was occupied by Mrs. Alice Sullivan in 1921.  House # C was home to Dorothy Bassett, the widow of E. A. Bassett, in 1918, while in 1921 Fred Brgmann, a salesman with Stacy & Braum, was the occupant of House # 3.  Bessie Bassett, a stenographer with the United States Food Administration, roomed in House # C in 1918.
