624 Virginia was built in 1887 according to the Lucas County Auditor's records and home to Otto Marx, the vice-president of the R Brand Company, in 1900. His live-in domestic was Bertha Kahler. The 1910 and the 1921 city directories listed Walter Bissell, once the secretary and sales manager of the F. Bissell Company, and later the vice-president of that same company. The business which sold electrical supplies was located at 226-30 Huron Street. Loreine Kruczynski served the family as a domestic in 1910. | |||||
