634 Virginia was constructed in 1887 according to the Lucas County Auditor's records.  It was home to Sarah DeVeau, the widow of James DeVeau, in 1900. Gertrude DeVeau was listed as a boarder in the 1900 directory.  The 1910 and 1918 city directories also listed Mrs. DeVeau as the resident of this home.  Those same directories listed Charles DeVeau who was in real estate as a roomer.  Clara DeVeau also was listed in those same years as a roomer.
