2834 107th Street in Point Place as it appeared in 1956.  This ranch home, priced at less than $25,000, was presented for sale by builder James E. Funk of 2360 Petee Road.  It was located in the Funk's Point Place Addition.  Mr. Funk advertised that he would "build to your plan or ours".
