2246 Collingwood Avenue was home to Mr. & Mrs. T. A. Slack, Mr. & Mrs. W Lewis Jr. and Mr. Arnold Slack in 18888.  In October 1903, unknown parties purchased the Tom Cone residence at 2246 Collingwood Avenue for $7,500.  R J Law made the purchase for the unknown buyers.
