The home of the Honorable C. P. Griffin was at 3120 Collingwood. He was a real estate developer and member of the state legislature.  The 1911-1912 Polk City Directories listed Will Broer as the resident.  Mr. Broer sold diamonds, watches, fine jewelry and optician at 2312 Cherry.
