2941 and 3003 Collingwood Avenue did appear in the 1912 Polk City Directory. They can be seen in this 1918 photograph from the Jack Taylor Collection. Forrest Brundage lived at 2941 while Mrs. Ella H. Brundage (widow-Moses H. Brundage) lived next door at 3003. Forrest Brundage, the vice-president of the Brundage Brothers, was another occupant. Harry Brundage, the president, and Clifford Brundage, the secretary-treasurer, both of the Brundage Brothers, roomed here according to both the 1918 and the 1921 Polk city directories. Their maid was Freda Maerkirch. 2941 was home to Ora Crockett, his wife Nona, twins Elenor and Mary Jane, age 8, and little Virginia. | |||||
