2708 Glenwood was built on lot #10 Upton & MIller's Robinwood Addition in 1907.   The owner and builder was George Lathrop of 2544 Scottwood Avenue, an eight room house with hardwood floors and finish. 

The 1911, 1918 and 1924 Polk city directories revealed that Alfred Steinmueller was the resident.  His wife was Loma Steinmueller.  Debbie Martin provided additional research for this caption.
