2537 Glenwood
 

2537 Glenwood was designed by the architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman.  The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Alice Rhines, the widow of Volney Rhines as the resident.  Frank Rhines, a draughtsman, boarded at his mother's house.  Also boarding there in 1900 was George Rhines, a draughtsman with George Mills.  By 1921, George Rhines was a principal in Mills, Rhines, Bellman & Nordhoff, architects located at 1234 Ohio Building.
