In 1910, 2481 Glenwood was home to W. Frank Bradley who was president of the Ohio and Michigan Sand and Gravel Company.  Student Marie Bradley roomed at her parents' home.  The 1918 and 1921 city directories listed Frank Annin, the manager of  W. H. Morehouse & Company.  Zoe Annin roomed here.  The 1921 directory listed H. Maurice Rankin, the sales manager of the Hettrick Manufacturing Company, as the occupant.
