The Lucas County Auditor's records indicated that 2503 Glenwood was built in 1897. In 1911 it was home to George Sinclair. Mr. Sinclair was the assistant manager of the Church & McConnell Comapny. Herman Kaufmann, the vice-president and treasurer of the Kaufmann Brothers Company, was the resident according to the 1918 Polk City Directory. Rosa Kaufmann roomed here. | |||||
