The November 23, 1907 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the sale of 2364 Glenwood Avenue by the George E Pomeroy Company.  The realtor wrote " This must be sold at once and will be closed out to the one giving us the most money for it.  Look it over and make us an offer at once".
