712 Arcadia appeared in this circa 1937 photograph.  Arcadia was once known as Georgia Avenue.  In 1918 Vern Dunbar lived in this home.  Mr. Dunbar was a salesman for the Lamson Brothers Company and later became a buyer for them.  The 1920 Census revealed that his wife's name was Luella and they had a daughter Rachel, age 11.  The Dunbars had three roomers in 1920-Charles Ruegge who was 63, Herbert Volp, 27, and Charles Swenningon, age 17.
