434 Arcadia

434 Georgia Avenue, now Arcadia, was home to John Nachtrab, an assembler, according to the 1910 and 1918 city directories.  His wife was Jennie Nachtrab.  In 1910 Lawrence (Leo) Nachtrab, a policeman, boarded here as did Lottie Nachtrab, a 23 year-old clerk.  Patrick Gaffney, a brother-in-law to John, also boarded here.  The 1921 directory listed Elmer Stower, a cashier with the News-Bee.   His wife was Mary Stower.   The May 22, 1934 issue of the Toledo News-Bee related that Russ Taylor, a former Toledo athlete, was in California with the CCC as an athletic manager.
