The September 17, 1910 edition of the Toledo News Bee posted an advertisement for the sale of 343 Georgia Avenue ( now Arcadia ) by the George E Pomeroy Company.  The realtor described the seven-room house as well arranged with a fine furnace, electric lights, open staircase and combination chandeliers.  The house could be sold on easy payments if desired.
