358 Boston Place, seen in this circa 1960 view, was the residence of Phillip Garrigan, owner of Phil Garrigan & Son.  This contracting business had an office at the Valentine Building.  Robert Garrigan was in business with his father and also lived here according to both the 1918 and 1921 city directories.
