2910 Burnett Place was home to Otto Cummerow, the assistant secretary of the Buckeye Brewing Company, according to the 1918 city directory.  The 1921, 1924 and 1928 directories listed Seymour Hirsch and his wife Jane Hirsch as the occupants of this home.  Mr. Hirsch was a in seed sales.  Frederick Hirsch, a student, roomed here in 1924.  The live-in domestic in 1921 was Agnes Bihl.
