522 Cadilac Court was owned by Minnesota-born Frank Messerschmidt.  He lived there with his wife Emma and daughter Romana Messerschmidt.  The 1918 and 1921 revealed that Mr. Messerschmidt was the vice-president and secretary of the Toeldo Pure Ashpalt Roofing Company in 1918, while the 1921 directory listed him as being with the Buckeye Roofing & Supply Company.
