The 1910 Polk City Directory listed the resident of 612 Chatham Court as Jacob Loertscher, a clerk with Huston & Company.  The 1918 and 1921 directories listed his occupation as selling drugs from 1423 Starr in 1918 and 1328 Starr, a new location in 1921.
