The I. H. Detwiler Company developed Hillwood off Cherry in North Toledo constructing a new road Hillwood Drive.  In this promotional postcard one can view 3226 Cherry (left) and  3216 Cherry (middle), now-demolished.  3226 Cherry is listed in 2011 as 3224 Cherry by the Auditor's Office and faces Hillwood Drive.
