Dr. George Jones, a physician whose office was located in the Nicholas Building, lived at 524 Collins according to the 1910 and 1911 city directories.  The 1918 and 1921 directories listed Frank Palmer who was a salesman with B. E. & H Company.  Raymond Ketterer and his wife Inez Ketterer lived here in 1924.  Mr. Ketterer was a salesman.
