The 1910, 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories listed lawyer Charles Rowley as the resident of 625 Collins.  Mr. Rowley was the subject of a biography in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 247.  His wife was Bertha (King) Rowley.  Their daughter was Helen Rowley.
