Frank Wilbur, a travel agent (salesman) lived at 811 Collins in 1910 and 1911 according to the city directories.  Abraham Burkholder lived here in 1918 while the 1921 city directory listed Herbert Revenaugh, a clerk with the Ohio Savings Bank & Trust, as a roomer in the home.  The 1924 city directory listed Ira Revenaugh, a packer, and his wife Maude Revenaugh as residents of this home.
