T H Kelsey listed the sale of 920 Collins Street in the July 11, 1908 edition of the Toledo News Bee.  The house was described as six rooms and a bath, three large closets with a large front and rear porch.  "Decorations to suit the purchaser".   " Go look at it and talk with owner".
