The 1915 American Contractor Vol 36 Page 84  posted that lot owner L C Idoine had awarded a contract tp architect and general contractor H L Stebbins for the planning and construction of a new two-story frame home at 530 Colonial Court  This photograph dates from 1937.  The 1918 and 1921 city directories listed Leon Idoine, a music teacher, as the resident who gave lessons from his home.  When the 1924 city directory was published, the new residents of this home were Herbert Donnelly and his wife Dorothy Donnelly.  Mr. Donnelly was the secretary of the Heat & Power Engineering Company.
