O. Franklin Vischer lived at 538 Colonial Court in 1918.  At that time his occupation was listed as an advertising agent with the Toledo Blade.  By 1921 his occupation was listed as a florist.    Frank's wife was Sadie Vischer.  They still lived at this home in 1924.
