544 Colonial Court was the residence of Guy Christy, a civil engineer and contractor, according to the 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories.  In 1921 Lauretta Christy was listed as a roomer.  The November 14, 1923 edition of the Toledo News Bee informed the public of the death of Nellie Christy, the wife of Guy Christy.  Her internment would be in Calvary Cemetery.   By July 1925 new residents of 544 would welcome a baby girl.  Mrs. James F Saterthwaite was the happy mother.
