2405 Lawrence was built in 1902 on lots 9 and 10.  It became home to George and Caroline Lathrop in 1906.  The 1910 city directory listed Frances Winton as a boarder and nurse who practiced from this home.  The 1911 city directory listed the occupant of this home as Charles Robertson, an engineer.
