The side-by-side house at 2264-66 Lawrence Avenue was listed for sale in both 1917 and 1920 first by The Palmer-Blair Company and then by the George B Ricaby Company.  Each unit had six rooms with three being bedrooms, a solarium and oak floors throughout.  It was newly decorated.  The home was offered for the consideration of $20,000 in 1920.
