2301 Lawrence Avenue at Virginia Street was most likely built in the late 1890s.  Ed Moser was the first resident between 1897 and 1899.  Martin C. Trout, a car consultant for the Toledo & Ohio Railway, lived here until the early 1920s.  The house was demolished in 1970.
