34 Proctor Place
 
The Lucas County Auditor's records listed 34 Proctor Place as being constructed in 1916.  Millard Girkins was the resident according to the 1918-1921 city directories.  Mr. Girkins became the secretary of the W. E. Girkins Company, plumbers located at 817 Monroe.  He lived here in 1920 with his wife Bess and his widowed mother-in-law Anna Larsen.  Robert Hurst lived here with his wife Lida Hurst in 1924.  Mr. Hurst was with Konopak, Hurst & Dalton specializing in certified public accounting.  Mr. Konopak, his partner, lived at 855 Virginia and Mr. Dalton on Manhattan.
