2830 Rockwood Place was home to Milton Locy, a trimmer, according to the 1918 Polk City Directory.  Clarence Williams, the secretary-treasurer of the Ursona Manufacturing Company, lived here according to 1921and 1925 directories.  Mr. Willliams' biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 47.  His wife was Ilah (Kankey) Williams.  Their son was William Williams who roomed here.
