The 1910, 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Orley Wilkinson as the resident of 2905 Parkwood Place, later renamed Rockwood Place.  In 1910 Mr. Wilkinson was with Steiner & Company; and the president and manager of the Toledo Legal News Company.  The 1921 city directory listed him as the secretary and treasurer of the Wilkinson-Sloat Printing Company located at 308 Erie.  His wife was Inez Wilkinson.
