2911 Parkwood Place (now Rockwood Place) was home to Jesse Wagner, a bookkeeper with the T & O C RY Company, according to the 1910 city directory.  Clifford Cribb, a salesman, lived here in 1918 while John Bowers and J. Earl Bowers roomed here in 1921.  The 1924 city directory listed Anna Sayers, the widow of Henry Sayers, as the occupant of this house.  Her occupation was listed as a stenographer.  Frances Sayers and Veronica Sayers roomed here in 1924.
