A circa 1945 view of 110 Rosalind.  The 1900 Polk City Directory listed the resident of this home as Frank Borchard, a travel agent (salesman).  Charles Pollard, a cabinet maker, boarded here that  same year.   Lou Hartson, a designer, was listed as the 1910 occupant, while Louis Hartson, also a traveling agent (salesman) was listed as the 1918 resident.
