The Fox Realty Company advertised in the December 18, 1909 of the Toledo News Bee for the sale of a duplex at 2426 Rosewood Avenue.  Both the 6 room and bath apartments were rented.  The sale would require a $2,00 down payment and the balance on easy terms.  "This is a good investment."
