The Toledo News Bee posted the sale of a west end home in their June 4, 1910 edition.  The Irving B Hiett Company offered this Delaware home for sale at only $2,050.  The home featured three sleeping rooms, parlor, living room with chandeliers, kitchen cabinet built-ins, a large cellar.  " A warm, comfortable home, ready for you to move into.
